Client Support Specialist - In Person
Part-time to Full-time (20-35+hrs per week)
At Confluence Graphics, we believe in working hard and having a blast while we do it. We're a small print shop with a big heart, known for connecting with our clients and making sure they get top-notch service with a side of good humor (and, yes, the occasional F-bomb!). If you're a people person with a knack for multitasking and don't mind getting your hands dirty, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Primary Duties Include:
-
Welcoming and assisting walk-in clients with a smile (and maybe a joke or two)
-
Helping clients with order pickups and payments (making sure they leave happy!)
-
Answering the phone and directing calls like the communication pro you are
-
Making simple copies and scans—because we’re all about the basics, too
-
Writing up client orders and creating job folders (keeping us organized and on point)
-
Contacting clients when their orders are complete (because nothing beats telling someone good news!)
-
Assisting with light production tasks (sometimes you gotta roll up your sleeves)
-
Helping out with deliveries as needed—road trip, anyone? :)
-
Helping with organization
-
Helping with company processes
Job Requirements:
-
Strong interpersonal skills—if you’re not a "people person," this isn't the gig for you. Our customers are awesome, and we want someone who loves helping them!
-
A hearty sense of humor—seriously, you’ll need it! We work hard, but we love to laugh. (Plus, you’ll hear the F-word around here more than a few times. So if that's not cool, this is probably not the place to be.)
-
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The days will fly by!
-
Must be able to read a ruler. No joke—this one’s important.
-
Experience with Outlook, Acrobat, Excel, Word, and Mac computers is a bonus.
-
Problem-solving skills—you’ll need to be able to work with the team and on your own to get things done.
-
The ability to plan, prioritize, and juggle multiple tasks like a pro.
-
Deadline-driven? Absolutely! We’ve got a lot going on, so you’ll need to keep pace.
